The row between solicitors and the Justice Minister over legal aid fees has escalated. Jim O’Callaghan is expected to tell the Oireachtas Justice Committee later today that six criminal cases involving rape allegations had to be adjourned yesterday.
But the Minister has been accused of “weaponising” the issue.
